The Sales Support Representative’s primary role is to act as the point of contact between SSI and the customer by responding to all questions and inquiries in an accurate, timely and responsive manner.
Key Accountabilities: *
Sales Representative Support*: Contribute to great customer relationships by providing industry-leading customer support
Manage correspondence with the customer, including:
order entry
quote entry/follow up
sample request/follow up
proactive inventory management (PIM) support
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries including e-mail, phone and web
Ensure minimal effort is needed by customer through thorough and accountable issue resolution
Coordinate with other departments where necessary to resolve inquiries
