TELUS Communications is one of our major clients. Currently we are looking to fill the position of a Sales Account Executive for TELUS Smart Home Security. We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging in conversations, believes in team spirit and likes to have a challenging day at work with a lot of short terms and long-term goals. You are passionate to start a journey in Sales, and you are excited about the possibilities that it will open for your career growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pass a criminal background check; 18+
  • Able to work full-time/ part-time hours
  • College or University graduate
  • Previous experience as a field representative is an asset
  • Bilingual is an asset
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Experience in selling Home Security System is an asset
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in sales/customer service required

  • Compensation: Base pay 40k to 50k plus commissions, Average earning rang of 50k to 100k

What you will do:

  • Have a clear understanding of the TELUS Smart Home Security
  • Be actively involved in converting the prospects into customers
  • Focus on achieving daily sales targets (Individual and team targets)
  • Successful branding and promotion of the product and create a positive brand image
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
  • Actively participate in day-to-day activities such as training sessions, mentoring, developing marketing strategies
  • Provide with correct information and make regular follow-ups with the customers
  • Maintain a long- term relationship with all the existing and new customers
  • Ensure all our customers needs are met through the professional, high-quality customer service solutions
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
