Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant with a “go getter” mentality to join our rapidly expanding inside sales team. As a sales consultant, you will both follow up on leads generated by our marketing team and hunt for new business opportunities in an effort to sell our full product portfolio, achieve personal sales goals, and contribute toward departmental sales success. This is a full-time, base salary plus uncapped commission role



  • Your business development activities are supplemented by our internal appointment setting team and robust lead generation programs to help feed your pipeline

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing; or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year of sales experience, with a successful track record in solution based selling environment
  • Software and/or software as a service (SaaS) product sales highly preferred
  • Business to Business (B2B) sales experience highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, high energy person that can thrive in a competitive but fun team environment
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience with or other CRM tool(s) highly preferred
