The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a key part of Kings III’s immediate and long-term growth plan. The SDR’s main focus is to engage potential clients via cold calling and facilitate face to face appointments for our outside sales team. This process includes maintaining precise and accurate information within the customer relationship management system (CRM), so attention to detail is a must. The SDR is also responsible for maintaining relationships and excellent communication with the Outside or Field Sales Representatives they are supporting, so attention to internal customer service is also a must.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who is goal oriented, money motivated, and has the desire to achieve at a high level. Adaptability, feedback, collaboration and fresh ideas are needed in this role. The role is a remote/ work from home position, so SDRs must be able to work independently as well as on a team. A successful SDR is someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and conduct a high volume of dials. Comfort with cold calling is a must. Base pay is $17/ hr., and includes commissions, benefits, and bonuses.
