  • Work typically runs from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Each new employee will go though a paid training process that normally lasts from 1-2 weeks. The Sales Representative will work directly with team management to ensure they have the necessary goals, tasks, knowledge, supplies and customer care they need to successfully fill their sales portfolio.

  • Take care of customers to get what they need in an efficient friendly manor.
  • Utilize company resources to ensure each customer gets what they need.
  • Work remotely; at home and on the road, collecting customers, door to door, becoming their sales representative.
  • Attend weekly sales meeting with sales staff.
  • Follow through with customers and track weekly sales.
  • Become a primary customer service contact for account clients who have questions about their accounts or our products.
  • Work with manager and purchasing coordinator to ensure proper product is coming in as scheduled.
  • Possibly contract jobs to ensure each job runs smoothly from cradle to grave.
  • Negotiate with sales reps to ensure the best pricing for our customers.
  • Attend sales training sessions when scheduled..
  • Any other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Skills & Experience needed:

  • 2+ years’ of sales experience.
  • 2+ years in customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team development and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay is commission on top of base pay and DOE.
