Based in Santa Barbara, Ca, we are a single-source suite of Multi-Vendor Network Support Services as an alternative to the OEMs, enabling our customers to reduce their network maintenance operating costs.



This candidate can be based in the Santa Barbara area or Seattle area with the ability to travel.

What You Will Be Doing

- Build and deepen executive relationships within customer base to help influence their long-term (products, repair and services) requirements and business decisions.
- Add value and be viewed as a trusted advisor by bringing compelling insights and ideas with follow through execution.

- Fully understand our products and services, and then proactively search out and find every single opportunity within your Account to match our offerings with their potential requirement.

- Lead and personally execute on a detailed account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working cross-functionally, maximizing business impact and opening opportunities within the service provider.

- Lead and manage a complex account with multiple opportunities across different functions and serving as the primary customer contact for executive and strategic-related activities.

- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual gross profit to drive growth.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the customer's industry, including trends, technology, business, and performance indicators.

- Build, maintain and expand relationships with the customer's senior and executive team and provide a strategy for the account.

- Develop and maintain an account plan to meet or exceed company sales goals.

- Develop and drive an account-based marketing plan in coordination with the marketing team.

- Drive a high level of customer satisfaction for the customer by inspiring customer loyalty.

What You Need for this Position

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree

- 7+ years account management/sales

- Experience selling into service providers, large data centers, large enterprise accounts

- Experience selling Network Security Solutions/Network Test or similar

- Understanding of networking infrastructure, market trends and related

- Understanding of IP, Wireless and core network services

- Experience building, leading and managing a major account team with a multi-million dollar quota

- Ability to travel often - If local to Santa Barbara, travel to office once or twice a week. If local to Seattle, fully remote is OK, but travel is extensive either way.
