Primary Role:

As the primary point of contact for many SnapPay customers, the Customer Service Representative provides extraordinary customer service by serving all customers quickly, Professionally, and pleasantly under pressure. Improve customer loyalty by identifying opportunities to promote Snappay products and services to meet customer needs, fulling or referring the opportunity as appropriate.

Creating a positive customer experience by understanding and meeting customer's service needs quickly, professionally, and pleasantly is the primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative.

Something you need to know:

  • Please note: this opportunity is a work from home job. You don't need to go to the office.
  • Working hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
  • You will require to drive to our customers to provide installations and services.
  • You need to use your own car to provide service to some of the customers.

Job Duties:

  • Answer, in person or on the phone, inquiries from customers
  • Investigate complaints regarding the establishment's goods, services, and policies
  • Occasionally need to attend service calls
  • Take customer orders for our products
  • Promote services
  • Respond to inquiries and emergencies
  • Investigate complaints and update accounts
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered
  • Order services
  • Provide information about claims or accounts
  • Update accounts, initiate billing and process claim payments and receive payment for services.
  • Provide information to customers and the public concerning goods, services, schedules, rates, regulations and policies in response to telephone and in-person inquiries

Skills:

  • A high-school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid British Columbia Driver's License

  • Experiences using Microsoft Office and G-suites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
