One of Vancouver’s top marketing companies, specializing in telecommunications solutions and a primary partner of TELUS Communications, is looking to fill a Call Center Agent role! Please note due to COVID this role will be a remote – work from home position. There will be a possibility of transitioning back to office once business is back to full capacity.
- Promote TELUS home solutions and mobility solutions to residential customers via outbound calls, inbound calls and referrals.
- Offers excellence in post-sales support for TELUS products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer care to our client's customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend/sell solutions that meet those needs.
- Ensure excellent customer service by communicating with the internal team, and/or appropriately transfer to the responsible department when required.
Currently, we have 3 shifts (8 hours) between our Call Centre timings of:
- 8:00am-7:00pm Monday to Friday
- 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday
- Experience in a sales role and/or customer service environment
- Bilingual is an asset
- Motivated to meet personal and team sales goals
- Able to pass a criminal background check and should be 18 years of age or more.
- Able to deliver sales and service excellence by demonstrating tenacity, persuasiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about outstanding customer service
- You are able to analyze data, utilize problem-solving skills, and recommend solutions
- Able to maintain a high level of performance under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced, changing environment
- Call center experience is an asset
- Knowledge of the Internet, Television, and Home Phone services that TELUS offers a plus
- Familiarity with voice and data/IP products and services
