In these times, we're doing our part to keep people connected safely. We've introduced stringent cleaning protocols for our technicians servicing customers' homes, offered free television for everyone, and loaned our stockpile of spectrum to companies so they could keep people working online. For our call center teams, we've changed some things up too. Most of our employees are currently working remotely from the safety of their homes, helping to keep our mission strong.

The role

We’ve built a loyal customer base by selling our products and services with authenticity. Our inbound sales and customer retention teams foster trust with existing and future customers by both educating and selling them on the value of DISH.

  • Currently working remotely due to COVID-19 #Remote
    • We provide the computer and accessories you'll need to start your DISH career working from home.  Our teams will remain at home until the risk to health and safety has been lifted
  • You will build authentic rapport with customers while educating them on a better way to experience DISH
  • Use tested sales methods to market DISH’s products and services, and provide long-term, individualized customer solutions
  • Use web-based tools to stay current on industry-wide products, features, and services

Where you'll be doing it

Our existing Associates, as well as new team members we hire, are working from the safety of their homes. We provide equipment from our call center, located at 675 East 124th Ave, Thornton, CO 80241-2411, so you can work from home with ease.
