Job Summary

As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational and sales reporting support to the Geo/WW Sales Operations. This role will support the Geo Sales Operations in the day-to-day reporting activities. Sales reporting function is responsible for developing reports, data analysis & validation, end to end data management and support to the organization by means of reporting and analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day reporting activities
  • Data gathering from different business tools such as CRM, Business Intelligence tools for accurate reporting
  • Data analysis, management and validation
  • Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc, to groups within the sales and sales operations groups.
  • Work with stakeholders, understand data/reporting needs & requirements and successfully creating and implementing reports/dashboards
  •  Engaging in various upcoming projects, related to sales operations reporting functions
Job Requirements
  • In depth knowledge of sales operations, sales process, sales lifecycle, principles and best practices
  • Independent, self-starter who can work cross functionally and build strong working relationships with internal departments.
  • Go above and beyond attitude, taking initiative and be a problem-solver
  • Required to meet critical deadlines while maintaining organization and efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical mind and skills to change data into information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience in CRM, Business Intelligence tools, forecasting and creating reports/dashboards
Education

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in sales operations and reporting
