Job Description

Osano is hiring B2B SaaS Sales Development Reps to join our growing team. You will be prospecting compliance, data security, and legal decision-makers at small and medium businesses. The compensation for this role is a combination of base + commission.

This is a REMOTE JOB OPPORTUNITY - You will work from your own home.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating 8 to 10 qualified opportunities per month, with a goal of maintaining a 15%+ win rate
  • Regularly reach out to and engage privacy, marketing, technical and legal leaders to uncover problems and challenges that Osano can solve.
  • Measurable metrics include (but are not limited to) phone calls, emails, and pipeline management, plus qualified opportunities generated per month.
  • Constantly test new and innovative approaches to sales and lead generation. You have to be open to testing new strategies and then executing and operationalizing the ones that are successful.
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain a fun and congenial work environment with your team.
  • Design, refine, and document various value propositions from scratch to understand how to best route different customers to multiple products.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and our pricing model
  • Continuing to look for ways of incorporating automation into daily work

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in consumer phone sales or support, ideally in a fast-growing startup environment. (Or comparable work experience.)
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot (or comparable CRM); Gmail; LinkedIn and other online prospecting tools.
  • A hunger not just to get results right the first time, but also to improve them for the future
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability and foresight to consolidate and simplify your daily tasks in order to scale systems and processes across larger teams
  • A competitive nature in some field (e.g. sports, chess, music, etc). A positive attitude and desire to win are a must.
