The Role

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales team, and all associated elements of sales execution for the region. You will be responsible for owning and managing overall pipeline creation and stage management, achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring your team is adequately onboarded and trained to become effective Newsela sellers, developing regional strategies to support securing new and upsell business, and developing relationships with key districts.
