The Role  

The Manager of Sales Development will help lead the growth engine of our sales team. Partnering with other sales leaders in our customer organization, you will drive success through coaching your team of Sales Development Representatives. You’ll be a key player in leveling up our ability to have strategic conversations with District and School Administrators.  Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Development, you will also be responsible for designing strategy. You will continuously improve territory performance and goal achievement.

You’re well versed in Salesforce and have experience using sales tools and platforms to remotely manage and develop your team. In addition to your strong sales leadership, you have an enthusiastic appreciation for the benefits of a strong inter-departmental collaboration. You are also are able to successfully partner with other departments to execute on company goals and deliver results.
