Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business
  • Build new business by qualifying leads, building trust and relationships, identifying needs, and presenting solutions
  • Close deals quickly and effectively with a structured sales process
  • Create net-new business opportunities by identifying target clients and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Generate leads by managing and participating in outbound campaigns, active networking, and partner relationship building
  • Devise new tactics, propose and execute outbound campaigns (or make adjustments to existing campaigns if necessary) in collaboration with Marketing and Executives
  • Nurture sales leads, maintaining ongoing communication to realize needs and cultivate further business
  • Sell Entreflow Services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including but not limited to; initial outreach, discovery sessions, proposal writing and follow up

Collaborating and Building Value Within

  • Prepare proposals that are well-scoped, setting up the execution team, the client and Entreflow for success
  • Effective upselling, cross-selling and rescoping of existing clients/projects to maximize value (for the client) and profitability (for Entreflow); Maintain relationships with clients to identify new or evolving needs or ensure service levels are satisfactory
  • Work closely with Entreflow Practice Managers and team during kick-off to ensure project success

Working with partners

  • Seek out and help build reciprocal relationships with other service providers, i.e. Venture capitalists/investors, technology providers, industry associations and influencers
  • Work with the marketing team to highlight networking events and speaking engagements that would be beneficial to Entreflow’s growth

Tracking to Goals

  • Track to monthly sales targets and KPIs that are set with the Executive Team and provide weekly updates on progress
  • Maintain lead, prospect, client and deal information in CRM, manage the sales process through CRM, and ensure accuracy of Sales Metrics in CRM dashboards
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information as requested

Other

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on B2B marketing, sales, business administration or similar preferred
  • At least five years of proven B2B sales experience and minimum three years in services sales - must be able to prove success
  • Formal sales training and practice using a sales methodology (e.g. Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN, NEAT, etc.)
  • Experience using a CRM, previous experience with Hubspot is an asset
  • Basic education or understanding of accounting, finance, and economics
