Looking to transfer your communication and problem-solving skills from military service to sales? Phreesia is looking for outgoing candidates who adapt well to change, work well with a team, and are looking to build a career with a high-growth company. An ideal candidate is internally motivated with a positive attitude especially comfortable with rejections (think cold calls.) You must be willing to take initiative and have great presentation and product demonstration skills, especially when telling us about your leadership experience and diverse skills gained during your time in military service.

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for growing the sales pipeline by creating qualified opportunities across a wide range of accounts. This includes:
  • Outbound demand generation activity including phone and email outreach to prospective clients
  • Completing quality research and discovery in preparation for sales demonstrations
  • Working closely with Sales and Client Services team members to ensure that prospects understand Phreesia's value proposition
  • Meticulously tracking and reporting key data points in Salesforce
  • Driving towards results and meeting monthly quota expectations
We'll help you achieve success through initial training on our product, sales cycle, and CRM software and you'll have the opportunity to attend product and sales training sessions monthly to develop and hone your skills.
