The Curriculum (Your Role):
You will be joining the Sales Operations team in a contractor capacity, gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenges, processes, and data that keeps the sales organization running. You will have an integral role in providing insights, and understanding the operations and strategy to help drive efficiencies in the organization. This is a great opportunity to learn about sales and the supporting systems for someone interested in a career in Sales Operations.
 
Your Classmates (The Team):
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Business Operations and Revenue teams. You will be the liaison between the teams, ensuring that the sales processes run efficiently and capture the requirements of the teams.

Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities)

  • Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in Salesforce and the Seesaw dashboard
  • Create and maintain documentation of sales processes
  • Analyze and share reporting
  • Provide support to the sales team via chat, phone, and email

Prerequisites (The Requirements)

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
