We are 10-year old rapidly growing company seeking to add more phone sales professionals for long-term mutually beneficial relationship.
We have a proven online training program. Your performance metrics are easily tracked and daily/weekly feedback by your success manager is given. Our top-producers start no later than 8:30 am each day, work a solid 8-hour day, set personal goals along with your success manager, and are highly focused. They occasionally give 2-3 hours on Saturdays to set up for the next week's sales as getting off to a quick start each week is crucial. These are the 6-figure top producers and maybe you won't be a top-producer but if you have qualified phone sales skills then you should make great money at any level with us.
Compensation: *This is a commission based job*, however there is an opportunity for training pay upon completion which will be explained before beginning the training process.

DOT Drug & Alcohol Policy in accordance with requirements of 49 CFR PART 40 and 49 CFR PART 382 requires that active drivers must participate in random screening of a minimum of 50% drug testing and 10% alcohol testing each calendar year. We offer an effective solution to help you meet this requirement.
Years of experience in DOT supervisor training lead us to develop this online program whereby a Designated Employee Representative (DER) or Owner Operator may log in and manage drivers, view test results, make payments, and much more.
Each month a group of drivers are randomly selected from our pool for testing. In addition, tests may be required by the DER for pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, or follow-up testing. You will receive a statement each month and you may pay automatically by credit, or debit card, or if you prefer, you may make payments by mail.
