We are currently seeking an *Account Executive* to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Talking to potential customers to understand and communicate to them how our products can meet their needs. We provide the qualified leads—no cold calling!
  • Coordinating with other team members to ensure we are giving prospective and new customers a great experience.

You possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1-3 years of successful customer service and sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Proven relationship building and customer advocacy skills and experience, particularly over the phone
  • Inside sales and/or outbound calling experience is preferred
  • Great track record of dependability, flexibility and integrity
  • Comfortable working in a digital environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM functionality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Candidate must be able to pass a drug and background check.
