LeadIQ is seeking a Solutions Consultant to help develop the playbook for LeadIQ’s large sales engagements and create the foundation of our SC team. She/He is a startup player excited about the opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth startup and help to build a world class culture.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with AE’s to expand opportunity sizes and facilitate well planned/run POCs
  • Meet with prospects to help drive LeadIQ’s value and engage stakeholders
  • Understand and articulate LeadIQ’s customer success motion, during the sales process
  • Transfer knowledge from the sales engagement through implementation and ultimately to the customer facing team, to create a seamless transition from prospect to client
  • Work with CS team to create transparency for Sales organization into ongoing engagements
  • Define LeadIQ’s solutions consulting playbook
  • Scale LeadIQ’s solutions consulting team

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years in a solutions consulting role, b2b Saas
  • Prior experience in a closing role and sales development role
  • Consistent track-record of quota attainment
  • Analytical approach to management that gives you the highest probability of hitting targets
  • Proven ability to coach and develop
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic: Ambition and a willingness to work hard are critical attributes for this role
  • BA/BS degree
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft/Outreach & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
