  • Understand an account’s needs and effectively communicate how LeadIQ will meet those needs.
  • Drive your own deals through a full-cycle sales funnel from new customer through close of new opportunities within our existing customer base.
  • Achieve full-quota on or before your three-month ramp period, then continue to exceed quotas set.
  • Shape, iterate, and scale our expansion strategy, taking initiative to improve the team’s practices, tools, and content.
  • Work closely with both sales and customer success to understand how and why an existing customer would expand with LeadIQ > Identify expansion opportunities > Close expansion opportunities.
  • Self generation of opportunities through prospecting of our existing customer base.
  • Work collaboratively across engineering, marketing, product, sales and customer success.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of B2B account management experience, including prospecting and closing. Minimum of 1 year closing business.
  • Strong customer facing skills- tactfully maintain existing customer relationships while simultaneously surfacing expansion opportunities.
  • Recent startup experience with a track-record of driving net-new sales.
  • Consistent track-record of top performance and exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling into sales organizations preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrate your past ability to thrive at a startup. You are comfortable rolling-up your sleeves and stepping outside your job description.
  • You are resourceful, driven, results-oriented sales professional.
  • You are confident in your ability to run high-volume pipelines in dynamic, changing environments.
