LeadIQ is seeking an additional Sales Development Manager to join our fast growing team. She/He is a startup player excited about the opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth startup and help to build a world class culture.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales management team to plan, hire, and scale the Sales Development side of the organization
  • Meet hiring goals, onboard new team members, and exceed rep ramp time into the Sales Development role
  • Coach and develop new Sales Development reps in preparation for future roles (typically AM & AE)
  • Understand and articulate LeadIQ’s customer success motion, during the sales process

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years prior Sales management experience
  • Prior experience in a closing role and sales development role
  • Consistent track-record of goal attainment and leadership qualities
  • Analytical approach to management that gives you the highest probability of hitting targets
  • Proven ability to coach and develop
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic: Ambition and a willingness to work hard are critical attributes for this role
  • BA/BS degree
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, SalesLoft/Outreach & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
