We seek a strategic business originator with 3+ plus years of experience and a proven sales record in selling lead generation solutions to advertising agencies and enterprise customers in the EMEA market. The Strategic Account Director is comfortable selling integrated, custom solutions/programs to corporate clients in a consultative way and familiar with the market and challenges faced by digital marketers and in various vertical markets such as IT, HR, Finance, Sales/marketing and SMB.

  • Is an originative thinker- The candidate must be able to generate imaginative, innovative solutions that meet the needs of our buyers, he/she must be a strategic thinker/solution seller with experience selling integrated solutions. He/she needs to be able to approach each unique customer situation in different ways using the same tools.
  • Is independent – This is a position based full time in a home office environment. The candidate is a self-motivated, self-starter who can work on his/her own without constant supervision/direction.
  • Plays chess, not checkers – he/she understands that success and revenue growth is a combination of science and art. They are focused on the continual mastery of their methodological/trackable sales process through training, study and creativity.
  • Is a winner – He/she refuses to lose and is passionate about winning. They have a high motor work ethic, and don’t make excuses. The candidate has a proven track record of making an immediate revenue impact and over performing on sales revenue targets.
