The Senior Manager of Data Quality will be responsible for managing the marketing data that fuels PureB2B’s business. This leader will work directly with internal partners such as Customer Experience, Data Operations, and Data Research to understand and deliver on our customers’ campaign and data needs. They will manage a team of Data Quality Analysts in the Philippines and constantly improve our data quality and availability through data partnerships, business process change, and technology investments. Their Data Quality strategy will also help define PureB2B’s NextGen data infrastructure.   

The incumbent will have primary responsibility for ensuring our marketing database is of exceptional quality and fit for both internal and customer use cases. This leader will also report progress on data quality advances to the executive team while sharing direction for future data quality investments.   


Job Responsibilities   


  • Manage Data Quality strategy and tactics that fuel PureB2B’s Campaigns and exceed customer expectations   
  • Track Data Quality KPIs that show improvements in data quality and database growth   
  • Identify contact database opportunities and prioritize data acquisition and data research requests   
  • Manage a team of three Philippines based Data Quality Analysts   
  • Assess new data partnerships and coordinate with existing partners to ensure success   
  • Document data, process, and technology improvement opportunities and recommend technology and process solutions   
  • Monitor data operations and research processes, ongoing work, and deliverables to understand opportunities for improvement    


Job Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-7 years’ experience delivering B2B data quality programs, and / or managing CRM data required   
  • 3-5 years’ experience managing teams focused on B2B demand gen, marketing, or sales programs   
  • Understanding of B2B contact and company data sources and tools such as ZoomInfo, D&B, and HG Insights   
  • Experience working with SQL, ETL and Data Quality tools strongly desired   
  • Management or agency experience with production, customer success and technical aspects of B2B marketing campaigns   
  • Background managing offshore teams strongly desired   
  • Coordination and management of data science, reporting and analytics strongly desired   
  • Understanding of CRM data processing to ensure campaign data quality and volume
