You live and breathe sales and communication. Whether it’s via email, private message, over the phone, or even through Facebook group comments, creating clarity and inspiring action through words is your love language.

You have an excellent understanding of online business and marketing and how to use various tech communication platforms effectively. You are naturally empathetic and able to read between the lines. You have a growth mindset and see opportunities where others see roadblocks or challenges. You have a willingness to continuously learn and improve and crave constructive feedback so you can consistently achieve at a higher level.

You are competitive and driven to achieve set goals.

You are organized and have excellent time management skills. You don’t mind repeating tasks weekly and you understand the importance of efficiency.

As a company that teaches and builds online businesses, our Specialist must be at the top of their game with a small obsession with connecting people with solutions, and a passion to inspire them to take the next steps toward their goal.

The position’s primary focus is to support The Wellness Business Hub community by connecting with them through outbound and inbound written and phone communication, helping them to gain clarity on where they’re currently stuck or need support, provide resources and connect them with our Advisors so they can move forward with a solution.

This position plays an integral part in the impact we’re able to make because it connects people with solutions.

We need a Specialist who can manage many projects at once including multiple conversations at a time over long periods. The ideal candidate must be organized, efficient and an effective communicator above all else.

The Specialist must be able to work autonomously based on dedicated deadlines and communicate with the team. You must also be someone who can bring ideas and constructive feedback to the table as we’re a company always looking to improve efficiency.

Specialist (Outbound Sales)

Location: Remote work from home

Hours: 30 hours per week

Flexible work hours are required that will include some evenings and weekends.

Reports to: Sales Manager

To Succeed in this Role …..

You must be able to stay extremely organized, thinking 10 steps ahead, recording and updating conversations and tracking spreadsheets, communicating directly & effectively with clients and the team.

The Specialist will work closely with the Sales Team to manage client communication and ensure call booking goals are met. The position requires a high level of experience and the ability to manage many projects at once.

Responsibilities will include…

  • Making outbound calls to new leads and contacts in our online community
  • Understanding and promoting company products
  • Scheduling 7 hosting triage calls to determine prospect level of readiness and next steps
  • Monitoring Facebook communities and responding using a combination of scripts and natural ability to specific comments/posts to engage potential clients in conversation
  • Monitoring emails and responding to specific messages around coaching, problems, feeling stuck, or responding to a call to action
  • Managing ongoing conversations to uncover the problem the client is having and then booking them into a call so we can help them brainstorm why they’re stuck and what they need as a solution using both scripts and your own communication abilities.
  • Following up & maintaining relationships with clients over set time periods with the goal of moving them forward in the buying process.
  • Ability to meet aggressive productivity goals
  • Documenting all processes
  • Reporting & tracking
  • Finding ways to improve efficiency and tighten up processes

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-year proven success in a sales role with a full understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Superior command of the English language and communication skills both over the phone and through written conversations
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with the clients
  • Excellent working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive, and email communication
  • CRM platform experience is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Linkedin communication would be considered an asset
  • Above-average knowledge of online digital marketing
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously -- you don’t get overwhelmed, you get the work done
  • High-level attention to detail and standards when it comes to the quality of your work
  • Able to adapt to a quick pace and team-oriented environment with a ‘roll with it’ kinda attitude
  • Positivity and not sweating the small things are a must
  • Mature, coachable, collaborative, good sense of humor (laughs at screaming goat videos -- not mandatory, but an asset)
  • Values being a part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to transforming an industry
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

Compensation:

  • Monthly base pay plus commission
  • This is an independent contractor position
