Job Description

Seeking "dealmakers" to pursue and close our leads. We have more leads than we can handle right now and we'll keep you busy with qualified leads. New dealmakers are setting multiple appointments 1 week after joining, directly with decision-makers.

Seeking top-producing salespeople to pursue million-dollar “sweat equity” deals with owners of information technology companies earning between $5-$50M in annual revenue. Minimal prospecting required because we already have more leads than we can handle and a pipeline that is overwhelming our current set of dealmakers. Compensation is 20-40% of each deal closed. Each deal is worth a minimum of $1M in cash and cash-like securities.

Ideal dealmakers have extensive experience in:

  • Selling without a pricing sheet
  • Closing owners of businesses grossing $5-$50M per year on services agreements where sales and marketing services are delivered to the target business.
  • Being a top producer
  • Selling products or services the target business doesn’t even know they needed yet

Preferred experience, but not required:

  • Repeat success closing “sweat equity” deals where marketing and sales outsourcing services are exchanged for cash-like securities (e.g. stock options, warrants, restricted stock units, notes, etc.) and compensation is contingent on performance.
  • Comfortable operating in a fully commissioned environment
  • Experience working in information technology companies, including:
    • SaaS
    • Marketplaces
    • Digital media
    • eCommerce
    • Digital products
