PropertyForce is seeking an Account Executive (Sales Agent) who is a proven inside sales professional to work REMOTELY from ANYWHERE in the United States. PropertyForce is a Real Estate Investment firm, specializing in the use of advanced technology, marketing and sales solutions to acquire and sell investment properties across the US. Our Sales Agents work in a non-corporate, fast paced sales environment as part of our Sales Team. Our Sales Agents interact with a variety of sellers in acquiring their property for our investors.

  • Develop and execute a warm and cold calling strategy to target sellers within an assigned territory
  • Mine prior leads of sellers from CRM to acquire their property for investors
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, and prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements
  • Close sales and achieve both monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals
