Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, and data-driven analytic platforms.
As a member of our sales team, you will be at the frontline of generating excitement and demand for our unique solutions while leading and partnering with other sales team members to this end. By identifying customer and prospect needs, qualifying sales opportunities, and building a pipeline of leads, you will engage in prospect discussions and demonstrations, directly contributing to the company’s profitability and validating its place as a leader in the industry. You will be responsible for owning sales processes end-to-end: from prospecting to executing commercial contracts.
All About the Role
Contribute as an individual salesperson expanding Mastercard presence in HGEM (Turkey, Russia, Israel and CIS countries)
Increase personal annual sales contribution each year
Develop and pursue new sales leads in the front-end sales process
Work closely with executive team members to move sales processes into signed deals
Generate outstanding individual performance while fostering a team oriented environment within the sales group, and within other arms of Mastercard
All About You:
Prior Management Consulting experience
Demonstrated excellence and career development in a sales role
Proven self-starter with record of success in team oriented environment
Sales experience preferably in analytics, data or professional services
Demonstrated experience selling solutions to c-level clients in the banking industry and preferably in at least one of the following industries: retail, travel, hospitality, telco, restaurants, CPG
Good communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral
A proven aptitude for learning technical terms and developing an understanding of complex technical products
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment
Bachelor’s degree minimum
Fluency in English and Turkish language
