We understand that there's no such thing as a one-shoe-fits all position in the mortgage industry. As a result, we offer multiple compensation models to our agent/brokers and continue to add new positions as necessary. This ranges from base-salary with reduced commission earning to high producing splits competitive with the big brokerages. Start at with a comfortable package, and grow into an industry leader.

  • Base salary with introduction commission split

While we prefer applicants to have completed their Mortgage Agent Course and have at least two year’s sales experience, for the right candidate, we would consider providing industry training as you complete your certification with FSRAO. *_Agent certification and costs associated are the sole responsibility of the applicant. _*Interested candidates should be motivated, detail oriented and able to work independently to achieve their goals. As this is a sales role, applicants *must *be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections. We hold weekly training sessions to help agents overcome obstacles and be as successful as possible.
