STRUXI - Inside Sales Professional

Penta Technologies is seeking the right person to join Team PENTA. This knowledgeable, ambitious and engaging individual is responsible for managing all Struxi sales opportunities - from "sales qualified" to "closed". The role is critical to ensuring all Struxi revenue targets are met and exceeded. In this highly visible role, the Inside Sales Professional is the key liaison between the campaign coordinator, the customer, the customer success team and the field trainer. This role will be an individual contributor within the Agile Sales and Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts meaningful selling interactions with sales qualified prospects
  • Manages sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle: starting with sales qualified leads and shepherding them through to a closed sale
  • Provides feedback to the Campaign Coordinator regarding the quality of leads provided
  • Provides product demos via web conferencing to pre-qualified sales leads
  • Collaborates effectively with campaign coordinator, customer success representative and field trainer as needed
  • Initiates quotes and proposals working with the customer success team and the "Deal Desk"

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Knowledge of the Construction Industry required
  • 5+ years experience selling software or technical products
  • 3+ years experience in inside sales or customer success roles
  • Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification through Scrum.org or ability to become certified within the first three months.
