What You'll be Doing

  • Generate revenue by selling and managing/developing relationships with customers who are quoting & transacting on our platform
  • Become an expert on prototyping and production processes related to 3D Printing (3DP) and CNC Machining, while growing your awareness for Urethane Casting and Injection Molding.
  • Collaborate closely with account executives and your fellow team members to help grow top accounts by processing high volume/high velocity orders
  • Build your professional brand, grow your network, and establish your career with Fictiv's customer base as the "go-to" resource in their prototyping and production process

What You Bring to the Team

  • You have helped, managed, or landed your own sales transactions in an "inside" sales setting.
  • You know how deals get closed, how customer service works, how to manage customer relationships without going on-site, and how to delight customers for better return service.
  • You aren't afraid of volume. The busier the better. You thrive on the opportunity to help customers.
  • You have a strong command of modern sales technology: Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, Intercom/Drift, Google Suite, and more.
  • You have very strong communication skills. Your emails are very well written and you are a direct communicator.
  • You have high standards. You expect more from yourself than others do, and you have a positive influence on those around you.
  • You are a coachable listener who also contributes and builds on the ideas of others.
  • You take ownership of your growth plan and are often the first in your class to establish "expertise" in your subject matter.
  • You are a naturally curious person, whose favorite question after "why?" is "how?", followed by a very close "when do we get started?"
