We adapt to countless changes in the paid search world while remaining competitive in the legal market. As a Full-time Paid Search Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing multiple client campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and various social media platforms. You will be a part of a growing paid search team and report directly to the COO.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients’ PPC accounts in terms of daily budget management, strategy, monitoring of conversions, and other important day-to-day metrics
  • Assist with setup and launch of campaigns within a given deadline
  • Be able to explain results, expectations, and campaign metrics with account managers
  • Maintain and optimize campaigns for optimal performance
  • Work with the team to prioritize task workflow and campaign launches across multiple clients
  • Expand keyword lists and conduct search term reports to maximize campaign exposure to the target audience
  • Create compelling ad copy and continually test new messaging and brand appeal
  • Create budget projections for specific target markets and geographic areas for new client proposals
  • Discuss and brainstorm strategy for various campaigns
  • Understand client goals and expectations, and be able to successfully maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies and technologies

Professional Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of paid search experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (not required)
  • Experience in paid search for the legal industry (or other competitive market) preferred
  • Google Ads Certified
  • Experienced in Microsoft excel (creating pivot tables, etc)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM and other digital marketing channels
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
  • Extremely detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple data and analysis for a volume of campaigns
  • Ability to work well in high pressure situations and maintain a positive demeanor
  • Overall positive attitude that can mesh well with our culture
