Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Specialist role is all about opening doors and qualifying leads for our Commercial Sales Team to close. The main focus is qualifying potential customers and projects that are the right fit for CEA. The Inside Sales Specialist will uncover opportunities for all four of CEA’s core products: Quality Assurance (QA), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Engineering Services (ES) and Business Intelligence (BI). The service territory is the United States with minor possible client work in Canada and Mexico. This role will act as the face of the company to prospective business executives. They will nurture relationships with past, current, and future customers providing a fabulous, WOW customer experience ensuring a future pipeline of happy customers.
This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing to take new leads through the qualification process and preliminary work scoping to enable effective follow-up by a senior member of the commercial team. Our ideal Inside Sales Specialist will:
In addition, this role will work closely with at least two senior commercial Business Development Directors to implement sales outreach plans around industry conferences, webinars, targeted marketing campaigns and regional sales efforts.
