Job Description

As a country partner, you will be an entrepreneur within our company and will be required to start and operate an office in your city, town or country of residence. Your primary job will be to find new partners and also attract suitable clients to be part of our company. You will be required to kickstart operations with your resources, but as a company, we will be ready to assist in other ways, like providing necessary training materials, among other things. If well-executed, this life-changing opportunity will not only expand your network but will also improve your professionalism, thanks to our unique working system and planning. Basically, all required of you will be selling to clients and hiring new partners.

You will be required to seek new partners and clients with the aim of growing quickly in this attractive aspect of the business. Qualifying to be part of our company will require you to hit the desired sales target and also have a certain number of partners within a given period of time.

As the sole controller of your market base, you will be responsible for generating leads, and the rewards are quite attractive. You will earn commissions of between 15-20% arising from your direct sales and another 20% commission arising from all the partners working under you. The more your clients invest money, the more commissions you stand to earn. It is important to note that the requirements of country partners may vary depending on the country of residence. They include the following-:

  • Enroll at least five approved partners within the first three months and 15 within the first 12 months
  • Make the sale of shares in at least one channel in the first three months and at least eight within 12 months.
  • Set up an operational office with your market area within 6-12 months.

It is important to note that you can start operations at a zero cost; we will hand you the necessary requirements and shall, therefore, start spending once you start earning commissions.
