This specific opportunity will be focused on our Wellness Services offerings, which include on-site and virtual fitness classes, seminars/webinars, health coaching, chair massage, and more. Your target will be owners of major office buildings, residential multi-family complexes, property managers, asset managers, etc.

Wellable is seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator to work remotely as an independent contractor on a commission-only basis. You will use your skills and talents to develop a book of business with generous commissions and a growing residual income.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build sales pipeline through cold calling, email marketing, follow-up meetings, and networking
  • Create lead lists of prospective accounts in your territory
  • Attend human resource events in your city to promote Wellable’s mission and capabilities and grow your sales pipeline
  • Possess the drive and determination necessary to call on 20+ companies daily
  • Conduct sales conversations directly with prospective customers
  • Develop relationships with prospective customers, navigating from the initial conversation to needs assessment to solution recommendation to contracting
  • Identify and include the appropriate parties and decision makers within an organization
  • Report all sales pipeline activity into Wellable’s customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ensure all closed accounts are handed off successfully to an account manager with all program details successfully communicated and recorded
  • Work with account manager to maintain relationship with won accounts to facilitate future sales opportunities
  • Gain intimate knowledge of Wellable’s solutions to be able to facilitate wellness program planning in real-time with prospects and customers

Experience and abilities required:

  • 1+ years sales experience in B2B products or services (experience with property managers and human resource departments is a plus)
  • Rockstar communication and presentation skills
  • Love of networking, meeting new people, and relationship development
  • Comfortable learning new software programs for tracking and reporting sales activities
  • Experience with cold calling and tenacity to persevere and access decision makers for positive results
  • Experience in working towards quarterly sales goals, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Able to work on a part-time or full-time basis without any conflicts of interest
  • Deep understanding of yoga, meditation, health coaching, and healthy living
  • Access to a computer, internet, mobile phone, and car
  • References available to be called on to vouch for past sales track record
