Inside Sales Representative Job Description
An inside sales representative should be a highly motivated individual with an eagerness to learn a new and exciting industry. Their main goal is to locate and contact manufacturing facilities selling surplus or used metalworking machinery. Our ideal candidate has experience making 50-60 calls per day, inventory management, and some inside sales. Familiarity with CNC and manufacturing is preferred but not necessary. You should also be familiar with basic office software, word processors and preferably a CRM system. We are looking for a self-starter that is willing to work 5 days a week, during normal business hours. This is a full-time position working 35 to 40 hours a week.
